BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 9:25 p.m. on June 26, a drug arrest occurred on Jarred Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Police are filing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia against 23-year-old Daniel L. Stewart, of Fort Washington, NY.
According to police, Stewart was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and assorted paraphernalia which included clear baggies, smoking/rolling papers, and a marijuana grinder.
He was placed in the Jefferson County Prison pending further court action because he is a non-resident of Pennsylvania.
