BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police were dispatched for an incident of Domestic Violence around 1:10 a.m. on October 4, at the Super 8 Motel, on Allegheny Boulevard in Brookville.
Police were called to the motel for two guests who were allegedly “making a lot of noise” and throwing things inside the room.
When police arrived on scene, a 27-year-old female victim was allegedly found with a “fat and bloody lip” and marks on the left side of her face.
Through an investigation, police discovered the male actor allegedly left the scene in a red and white two-tone F-150.
According to police, the male actor was located in his truck at the nearby TSA truck stop. He was taken into custody and transported to the Jefferson County Jail.
The male actor is being charged with simple assault, domestic violence, and harassment.
The 27-year-old female and the male actor are both being cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief for the $750.00 worth of damages caused to their room.
The names of the male and female were not released.
