Man Killed After Being Ejected from Vehicle in Jefferson County


HENDERSON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A 30-year-old man died in a traffic accident early Wednesday in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.

According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, two vehicles were involved in a crash at 12:17 a.m. on Route 119 between Route 410 and Pike Road.

The front seat passenger in the second vehicle was ejected and later pronounced dead.

Both drivers – a 24-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man – were also injured in the crash. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Authorities have not released the names of those involved or specific detail on the accident.
