KARTHAUS, Pa. (EYT) – At approximately 12:50 p.m. on November 1, 2015, two inmates, each serving flat 24-month State Intermediate Punishment sentences, escaped from the Quehanna Boot Camp, located in Karthus, Clearfield County, Pa.
30-year-old Nicholas Guido and 20-year-old Trent Maffei were taken into custody by members of the PSP Fugitive Task Force and PSP Newport.
The escapees were taken into custody late Monday morning, according to a representative with the PA State Police.
Guido was serving time in connection with an Allegheny County burglary. Maffei was sentenced in Juniata County for possession with intent to deliver.
No further information has been released.
