BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Borough Police, a theft occurred at the Brookville Hospital in Jefferson County.
Police say on around 1:00 p.m. on February 24, they were called to investigate the theft of money from the Brookville Hospital Accounting Department.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that a large sum of money was taken.
Charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property will be filed against a 39-year-old male of Marienville.
The name of the perpetrator was not provided.
