Mary E. Beckman, 81, of Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at DuBois Nursing Home in Du Bois, Pennsylvania.
Born Sunday, June 2, 1935 in Richardsville, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Merle N. Aljoe and the late Ruth E. Smith.
She was a graduate of Brookville Area High School and was employed by Brockway Glass for 31 years.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Reynoldsville.
Surviving are sons, Mark Swab (Nina) of Brockway, PA and Bret Swab (Ruth) of Hazen, PA, daughters, Wendy Good (hank) of Reynoldsville, PA and Crystale Holt of Suffern , NY, brother, Ronald Aljoe of Du Bois, PA, sisters, Ann Weber (Luther) of Reynoldsville, PA and Erma (Lovie) Lingenfelter (Don) of Penfeild, PA; 8 grand children.
She was predeceased by son, Troy Swab, brothers, Richard Aljoe and Jerry Aljoe, sisters, Evelyn Witherite and Frances Reiter.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday July 1, 2016 at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home Inc. located at 206 E. Main Street Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania 15851 with the Rev. David Nagele officiating. Interment will be in Beechwoods Cemetery, Falls Creek, PA.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2016, at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania.
