Mary E. Cable, 85, of Hiram St., Brookville, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Brookville Hospital.
Born April 1, 1930 in Brookville, Mary was the daughter of Homer John Terwilliger and Mildred Bortz Terwilliger.
She was married to John E. Cable, who preceded her in death January 12, 1991.
Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, baking, and reading romance novels.
She was Methodist by Faith.
Mary is survived by four daughters, Linda McKillip (Ed), of Wattsburg, Pa.; Barbara Jackson (Bob), of Brookville, Pa.; Beverly Caldwell (Mike), of Sigel, Pa.; and Joann Woodruff (Ralph), of Sayre, Pa. She is also survived by three brothers and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five brothers, and one son, Ray Cable.
Private services were held by the family.
Interment will be at Riggs Cemetery in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County.
