Mary K. Bonsall

Mary K. Bonsall, age 93, Hill Street, Troutville, PA died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Christ the King Manor.

Born July 17, 1922 in Troutville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Gladys (Allshouse) Schoch.

On November 9, 1946, she married Harry W. Bonsall, Jr. He preceded her in death on July 9, 2009.

Prior to her marriage, she worked for Sylvania in Emporium, PA. She had also worked at Cowdrick’s Drug Store in DuBois and the United States Post Office in Troutville, PA.

Mary was a member of Troutville Trinity United Church of Christ. She also was a member of the Brady Grange and the Luthersburg Over 50 Club. She loved to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She loved to go for car rides and most of all, she enjoyed being with her family.

She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Hartzfeld of Punxsutawney, PA, Nancy London and her husband, Harold of Punxsutawney, PA and Becky Anderson and her husband, Richard of DuBois, PA, six grandchildren, three step grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous step great grandchildren. She was also expecting a new great grandson in December.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, William, Wendell, Ronald and Harold Schoch and her son in law, James Hartzfeld.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home and again on Saturday, from 10 to 10:45 A.M. at the Troutville Trinity United Church of Christ.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 11 A.M. from the Troutville Trinity United Church of Christ with Pastor Audra Krise officiating.

Burial will be in Troutville Trinity United Church of Christ Cemetery.
