Maxine “Lucy” Huth, 88, of Taylor Street, Brookville, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013, in DuBois. Born July 20, 1924, Reynoldsville, she was the daughter of Leroy Shaffer and Verona C. Rhodes Shaffer.
She was married to Alonzo Raymond Huth, who is deceased.
Lucy is survived by a son R. Jack Huth (Judy) of Painted Post, NY; a daughter Peggy Lyle of DuBois, Pa.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Maxine Huth, and a brother, Roy J. Shaffer.
Private services were held by the family.
Interment was at the Meade Chapel Cemetery in Knox Twp., Jefferson Co., Pa.
