On February 7 around 12:56 a.m., Brookville Police were called to the Forest Way Inn in Brookville for a report of an intoxicated male who was allegedly “trying to pick fights in the bar.”

The suspect, who was highly intoxicated, was escorted out of the establishment by staff, according to police.

He then continued to fight and resist officers, according to police.

Shearer was transported to the Brookville Hospital for evaluation.
