Owl Prowl

Environmental Learning Classroom for an evening owl prowl. Explore Cook Forest at night for Pennsylvania’s owls as we carpool to owl hotspots in the park. Barred, great horned, screech and sawwhet owls have been known to make an appearance.

Look & Sound Alike Contest Finals at R** Bandana Winery

Join R** Bandana Winery and DJ Karaoke Master Blaster for the look and sound alike contest finals. Contestants are judged on outfit, performance, and stage presence. Antiuqe Firearms & Indian Artifact Show

Where:Jefferson County Fairgrounds

A joint venture of the Jefferson County Historical Society and the North Fork Chapter #29 of the Society For Pennsylvania Archaeology
Featuring all types of antique firearms through 1898. A raffle will be held fr a reproduction muzzleloader.
Prehistoric and historic artifacts, artifact identification, flint knapping, primitive games and WAA sanctioned atlatl competition.
Admission is $7.00 for adults and free for children 12 and under.

Fall Fest at Quiet Creek Herb Farm

Bowdish Model Railroad Demonstration

With its beginnings during Christmas in 1919 in Brookville, the JCHC continues to honor Bowdish with the newly revised layout containing many of Charlie’s original models and animations along with many that have been newly-created by the Bowdish volunteers. Groundhog Picnic and Phil Phest
