Michael “Guy” Sarvey

Michael “Guy” Sarvey, 29, of Brookville, died unexpectedly on August 31, 2017, at his home.

Born February 2, 1988, in Brookville, he was the son of Jack Michael and Mary Ellen Irvine Sarvey; they survive and live in Brookville.

Mr. Sarvey was a graduate of Jeff Tech. He was a member of the Warsaw Sportsman’s Club. He worked at Dunlap Lawn and Garden in Brookville as a mechanic.

He enjoyed hunting, dirt track racing, fishing, and trapping. He liked anything to do with the outdoors and wildlife.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Sarvey is survived by his daughter, Brystol Mae-Ann Sarvey; his brother, W. Andy Smith of Kersey; his sister, Jackee M. Sarvey of Brookville, and his maternal grandmother, Wilma Steighner of Brookville.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Elmer E. Irvine; his paternal grandfather, Guy L. Sarvey; his paternal grandmother, Susan L. Sarvey, and his step-grandmother, Dorothy L. Sarvey.

On Saturday, September 9, 2017, family and friends will be received from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Furlong Funeral Home, corner of Broad St. and First Ave., Summerville, PA.
