Michael Lee Kline

Michael Lee Kline, 51, of Brookville, PA, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018, at the Penn Highlands Brookville Hospital, due to natural causes.

He was born on January 22, 1967, to the late John E. and Helen E. (Reed) Kline.

Mike graduated from the Brookville High School with the class of 1986. He then attended vocational school where he learned the necessary skills to work with HVAC. Although he worked many different places throughout his life, he always came back to HVAC and most recently was employed by Vrobel’s Heating and Cooling. One job he enjoyed, and would be remembered for, was his time spent as a D.J., serving parties, weddings, etc. Recently, he began attending church, and he was affiliated with the Tri-County Church in DuBois, PA.

Mike loved being associated with his local fire companies. He began his volunteer fire career with Pine Creek, spent time with Limestone, and most recently was with Corsica. He was a member of the Fireman’s Club in Brookville, PA, and he enjoyed working with model Railroads as a member of the National Model Railroad Association. He had a great sense of humor and he was always willing to help others; his big heart made it easy to perform service for those in need.

Mike is survived by two sons, John B. Kline, Robert M. Kline, and their mother, Karen S. Reitz; two sisters, Brenda Wilson and Debbie Matta; one granddaughter, Kayln Freeman; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 26, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the McKinney – d’Argy Funeral Home, ltd, 345 Main St., Brookville, PA. A funeral service will take place on Friday, April 27, 2018, also at the Funeral Home, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
