Miriam K. ‘BeBe’ Sarver

Miriam K. “BeBe” Sarver age 90 of Church Avenue Brockway, Pa; died on Tuesday, December 16 at Highland View Health Care Center in Brockway.

Born on May 5, 1924 in Wheeling, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Miriam Kumer Hoffmann.

On June 2, 1945 she was married to Robert R. Sarver and he preceded her in death on September 13, 2012.

She was a member of the Smithtown Community Church in Falls Creek.

Miriam was a graduate of Penn Hall College where she obtained a degree in Interior Design, and worked in that field until her retirement.

She enjoyed all sorts of christian broadcasting and evangelism, and felt it was very important to support this type of ministry.

She enjoyed reading, gardening and spending much of her time praying.

Miriam is survived by a daughter Holly (Kendall) Perrin of Brockway; three grandchildren Noelle, Jacob and Chad Perrin and two great grandchildren Makenna and Vanessa.

She is also preceded in death by one brother Eugene Hoffmann and two sisters Mary Helen Blowers and Elizabeth Ann Butler.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 19 at 11:00 A.M. at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway, with Pastor Harold Hills officiating.

Burial will follow in the Wildwood Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Smithtown Community Church 3154 Smithtown Road, Falls Creek, PA 15840.
