* WHAT…Snow expected, with a period of moderate to heavy snow around the morning commute. Total snow accumulation of 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE…Portions of western Pennsylvania, east central Ohio and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN…Through 1 PM today.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
