BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Each October in Brookville the leaves change, the weather cools, and only two things are certain – snow is just around the corner and the forest behind the Moonlite Drive-in transforms into a haven for crazed clowns, murderous pigs, and worse.

Nightmare-Lane Haunted Hayride, organized by the Brookville Volunteer Fire Company, will be open on October 29, 30, and 31, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The cost is $15.00 for adults and $10 for kids. Admission cost includes a haunted hayride, walking trail, and movie.

Proceeds benefit Brookville VFC, an all-volunteer, fully-functioning fire station which responds to over 400 calls each year. The training, equipment, and other operational costs can seem overwhelming to a non-profit organization with only 30 members. Fundraising is necessary for the fire company to be able to provide quality fire protection to the community.

For more information, call 814-849-5400, or visit nightmare-lane.com, or the Nightmare Lane Haunted Hayride Facebook page.

Additional information and updates from the Brookville VFC are available on their website, bvfc2.net, on the Brookville Fire Company Facebook page, or @BrookvilleFire on Twitter.
