Ohio Teens Suspected of Robbery Apprehended in West Virginia

missing-teens-maySISTERSVILLE, West Virginia (EYT) –The multi-state search for two missing Ohio teens accused of robbery has ended. They were apprehended in Sistersville, West Virginia, according to West Virginia State Police.

The teens, identified as Triston Kindle, 16, of Upper Sandusky, and Rose May, 15, of Sycamore, were reported missing from their residences on June 1.

The Elizabeth Township Police department posted the following message on their Facebook page:

“PUBLIC NOTICE: ETPD has been informed that the two suspects Triston Kindle and Rose May were apprehended in West Virginia this morning.

We would like to thank all assisting agencies and the community for their support.”

Dozens of police officers scoured the Brookville and Sigel areas earlier this week, but were unable to locate the teens. State Police helicopters were also used in the search.
