CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for Clarion County and surrounding areas.

The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued the following Hazardous Weather Outlook at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2014:
