PA State Constable Arrests Man for Drug-Related Charges in Young Twp.

State PoliceYOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an arrest was made for drug-related charges in the WalMart parking lot in Young Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, on Friday, August 15, Scott Daniel Shields was arrested by PA State Constable Paul Pape via a bench warrant issued by Jefferson Couty Common Pleas Judge John Foradora.

Police say Shields was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia during a search subsequent to the arrest.

Charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia are being filed at Magisterial District Judge Chambers’ office.
