Patricia J. Zimmerman, 57, of Brookville, died Thursday, September 4, 2014 at home.
Born July 12, 1957 in Brookville a daughter of Lawrence F. and Dessie Marie (Allshouse) Geer. They survive and reside in Brookville.
She was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church in Brookville.
On October 4, 1975 she married Dennis Harold Zimmerman. He survives and resides in (Knoxdale
area) Brookville.
Pat previously worked as a CNA for Jefferson Manor and a home health agency.
She liked sitting around the campfire, hunting, being with her family, and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband Dennis, she is survived by two children, Jeff M. (Kara) Zimmerman, and Lori M. (Tom) Weaver; three grandchildren, Garrett and Grant Zimmerman, and T.J. Weaver; one brother, Larry (Linda) Geer, one sister, Dorie (Tom) Faudie, all of Brookville.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2014 at Brenda D. Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc.,
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home officiated by Pastor Dale Livermore.
Interment will follow at Emerickville Methodist Cemetery, Brookville.
