Patricia Jane Ray Mendenhall, 80, passed away on May 25, 2013, at her home on Mendenhall Road, in Brookville.
Born May 4, 1933, in Brookville, she was the daughter of Wallace James Ray and Mary Helen Delp Ray.
Patricia married Gerald L. “Jerry” Mendenhall on May 10, 1952, in Brookville. He passed away on June 17, 2002.
She worked with her husband at Mendenhall Farms and continued working on the farm with her son, Jerry.
She loved reading, gardening, drawing, and painting.
She is survived by four daughters – Jeanne Caldwell (Richard), Jody Taylor, Joyce Mendenhall, and Jane Wines (James); one son – Gerald Ray Mendenhall; seven grandchildren – Andrew Caldwell (Bethany), Michael Caldwell (Nichole), Tricia Parker (Nathaniel), Jeanne Glayich (Michael), Tara Yeany, James Wines, and Jalen Wines; and four great-grandchildren – Nathaniel Parker Jr., Brantley Parker, Reagan Parker, and Isaac Parker.
She is also survived by two sisters, Marjorie Davis (Walt) and Brenda Armstrong (Eric).
Private services were held by the family.
Interment will be at Roseville Bethel Cemetery in Union Twp., Jefferson Co., Pa.
