Missing Western Pa. Man Found Dead in Creek Bed with Neck Slashed

greg-boskoBUTLER CO., Pa. (EYT) – An Armstrong County man was found dead Saturday afternoon in a creek bed near Chicora, Butler County.

Butler-based State Police say 55-year-old Gregory Bosko, of Kittanning, was found deceased around 4 p.m. in a wooded area near Redbud Road in Concord Township.

Butler County Coroner William Young III said Bosko’s neck was slashed, and his death has been ruled a homicide, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Bosko was reported missing on March 20.

He was last seen in Butler when he went to pick up two people that had been staying at his apartment.

The couple were interviewed by police and have not been charged.

Additionally, Bosko’s family said a TV, laptop, and mountain bike were missing from his apartment.

No further information has been released.

The case remains under investigation.
