Phoebe Bucci, infant daughter of James Andrew and Mary Fern Wagstaff Bucci, died April 26, 2016 at Penn Highlands Dubois.
In addition to his parents, she is survived by three brothers, Ian, Luke, and Levi and three sisters, Heidi, Elise and Holly. Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Kathy Wagstaff and his paternal grandparents, Robert and Cindy Bucci. Preceded in death by her infant brother Titus in 2015.
