JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following police call:
Liquor Law – Underage Possession of Alcohol
According to police, 20-year-old Devan J. Kerin, of Olanta, Pa., was allegedly found to be in possession of an alcoholic beverage during a traffic stop.
The incident occurred around 10:39 p.m. on April 4, on State Route 322, in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.
He was cited for Underage Possession of Alcohol.
