BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Around 1:35 p.m. on October 21, Brookville Borough Police were called to respond to a landlord-tenant dispute on Clark Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Upon arrival, police say 40-year-old Robert Alan Smith, of Johnstown, was very irate allegedly using obscene language and making indirect threats toward the landlord.
Smith was issued a non-traffic citation for Disorderly Conduct.
