Police: Alleged Altercation & DUI in Pine Creek Township; Two People Arrested

PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 3:00 p.m. on October 11, an alleged physical altercation and suspected DUI occurred on State Route 28, near the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, Douglas E. Meyer, of Saint Marys, and Angeline G. Milliard, of Ridgway, were allegedly observed in a physical altercation near the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.

Meyer was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and related ACT 64 violations.

Meyer and Millaird were subsequently lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.

This investigation continues and charges are pending for both individuals.
