PINECREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say around 2:48 a.m. on July 3, a DUI arrest was made on Interstate 80, in Pinecreek Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, a traffic stop was conducted based on vehicle code violations.
The driver – a 27-year-old Emporium woman – was found to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Charges are pending lab analysis.
The name of the suspect was not released.
