BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 11:00 a.m. on July 19, a fugitive was arrested on Mabon Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, an active warrant for the arrest of 23-year-old Aaron D. Brown, of Brookville, was received from the state of South Carolina.
Police say following a consented search of Brown’s residence for weapons and contraband, they found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.
He was placed in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting extradition.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the search.
