BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 10:30 p.m. on March 18, a domestic violence incident occurred at a residence on Big Run Road, in Bell Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, 41-year-old Daniel A. Roy and 47-year-old Lisa A. Roy, both of Punxsutawney, were taken into custody for simple assault (domestic violence) after an alleged physical altercation occurred at their residence.
Both individuals were transport to the Jefferson County Jail for arraignment.
