DUBOIS, Pa. (EYT) – According to DuBois-based State Police, an Act 64 Violation occurred at Penn Highlands, DuBois West ER, in DuBois, Clearfield County.
Police say around 2:37 p.m. on February 12, 2015, a known man was found to be in possession of a plastic baggie containing a small amount of marijuana.
Charges against the man are pending, according to police.
The name of the suspect was not released.
