Police Ask for Public’s Help with Jefferson County Theft Investigation

WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating a theft that occurred recently at a business in Jefferson County.

According to police, on Saturday, February 8, a theft was reported from People’s Auto Body LLC located on U.S. 322 in Winslow Township.

Police say sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Friday, February 7, and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, an unknown suspect parked his vehicle along U.S. 322 at the entrance to the parking lot of the business, then walked down and removed catalytic converters, valued at $200 each, from two vehicles, a 2014 GM Terrain and a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox.
