CANOE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Simple Assault took place on Stonetown Road in Canoe Township, Indiana County.
Police say at 8:00 p.m. on June 16, 2015, a known 54-year-old man subjected a 49-year-old woman to unwanted physical contact at the Haverilla Personal Care Home on Stonetown Road.
Police did not release any additional information including the name of the actor.
