Police: ‘Breaking Amish’ Star Arrested for Public Intoxication in White Township

raberINDIANA COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Indiana-based State Police say early this morning a reality TV star was arrested for public intoxication in the area of Mansfield Avenue, in White Township, Indiana County.

According to police, around 2:40 a.m. on May 23, 35-year-old Jeremiah H. Raber, from TLC’s show “Breaking Amish,” was a passenger of his vehicle when a traffic stop was being conducted.

Upon completion of the traffic stop, as the operator of the vehicle was driving away, Raber was allegedly “hanging out of the passenger side window yelling derogatory curse words at the troopers conducting the traffic stop,” police say.

Troopers then followed the vehicle and discovered the vehicle parked in a driveway off Mansfield Avenue, and Raber was outside of a vehicle allegedly “screaming and yelling at the driver who drove him home from the Boomerangs Bar,” according to police.

Raber was then placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness, police say.

Non-traffic citations were filed at District Magistrat 40-3-02, according to police.
