SNYDER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to DuBois-based State Police, around 3:06 a.m. on December 6, a DUI arrest was made on State Route 219, at Crenshaw VFW, in Snyder Township, Jefferson County.
Police say a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire, operated by 23-year-old Michael Todd McClintick, Jr., of Brockway, was stopped for a traffic violation.
Upon interview with McClintick and further investigation, it was determined that he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested for DUI without incident.
Charges will be filed with District Court 54-3-02.
