BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Brookville Police were dispatched to the intersection of South White St. and Main St. for a report of a vehicle that sat through three green-light cycles.
The incident happened around 4:52 a.m. on August 14, when officers found the Keaton D. Ross, 19, of Brookville, behind the wheel of the vehicle, unresponsive, according to police.
When Ross gained consciousness, he was evaluated by Jefferson County EMS.
After evaluation and a standard field sobriety test, it was determined that Ross was under the influence of drugs, police say.
A blood test was administered at NMS and showed that Ross had five different types of drugs in his system.
Ross was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs and Failing to Obey a Traffic Control Device.
