Police Calls: DUI, Child Custody

State PoliceJEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Police responded to the following incidents:

Reynoldsville Woman Arrested for DUI

WINSLOW TWP., Pa. – DuBois-based State Police say around 2:10 a.m. on October 3, a known, 23-year-old Reynoldsville woman was stopped for several summary traffic violations on State Route 322, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Contact was made with the female driver, and while speaking with her, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was evident on her breath, police say.

The known woman was subsequently arrested for summary traffic violations and DUI pending blood results, according to police.

Police Investigating Child Custody Incident

CANOE TWP., Pa. – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a child custody incident occurred on Upper Clinton Street, in Canoe Township, Indiana County.

According to police, around 10:30 a.m. on September 26, a incident occurred involving child custody at the above described location.

The investigation continues, police say.
