CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa(EYT) – Dubois-based State Police say that between 8 p.m November 3rd and 9 a.m. November 4th an incident of criminal mischief occurred in the Village of Penfield, Huston Twp., Clearfield County.
According to police, the incident occurred along SR-153, just north of the railroad crossing.
Police say an unknown person(s) used an unknown cylindrical shaped object to strike the left front fender of a vehicle, causing a dent.
