PINE CREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, an incident of Harassment occurred around 6:13 p.m. on October 30, in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.
Police say the incident occurred when a 48-year-old female victim, of Brookville, sent Anna Clark, 31, of Brookville, a text message allegedly asking Clark to come over to her location on Route 322 to discuss paperwork.
Upon Clark’s arrival, the victim told Clark that she was awarded custody of Clark’s children.
According to police, Clark then allegedly scratched the victim’s face.
Harassment charges have been filed at District Court 54-3-03.
