UNION TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police are investigating an incident of fraud involving a loan for nearly $20,000.
On June 26, Punxsutawney-Based State Police responded to a location on Roseville Sigel Road in Union Township for a report of fraud.
According to police, it was reported that on May 1, an unknown individual applied for a loan in the amount of $19,000.00, using a known 51-year-old Brookville woman’s social security number.
The investigation is ongoing.
