UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating an assault that took place in Union Township, Clearfield County.
Police say an unknown actor fired a pellet from an air rifle, striking a 33-year-old Rockton man in the back.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
