Police Investigating Bizarre Trespassing Incident at Amish School

MCCALMONT TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating a criminal trespass incident that occurred at the Buck Run Amish School on Shale Pit Road in McCalmont Township.

The incident allegedly occurred between January 15 and February 20.

According to police, an unknown white male, estimated to be in his upper 30s, arrived in a black SUV and proceeded to gain entry through the unlocked front door. The man then allegedly opened up all the windows and turned the natural gas heater up.

Police say the man was accompanied onto the property by a female and a boy of approximately 9 or 10 years of age.

The man then exited the scene, traveling toward State Route 310 on Allison Road.
