Police Investigating Burglary in Porter Township

PORTER TWP., Jefferson Co. (EYT) – State Police are investigating a burglary that occurred recently in Porter Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, and 5:29 p.m. on Monday, August 12, the residence of a 29-year-old Punxsutawney man on Lost Hill Road in Porter Township was forcibly entered.

Police say an estimated $25.00 of damage was done to a French door and door frame.

The investigation is ongoing.
