RINGGOLD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Harassment occurred on State Route 536, in Ringgold Township, Jefferson County.
Police say a known 17-year-old suspect allegedly sent the 15-year-old victim, of Mayport, 19 unwanted texts.
The incident occurred between 7:18 p.m. and 8:08 p.m. on October 9, according to police.
