BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Borough Police, on April 18, a hit and run accident occurred on Cherry Alley, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Police say on April 20, a 57-year-old Brookville man contacted the Brookville Police Department to report that his vehicle, which was parked in Cherry Alley, had been struck by another vehicle sometime during the night of April 18, causing damage to the vehicle.
The owner told police the damage was discovered on the morning of April 19, and his insurance company advised him to contact the police the following day.
An investigation into this incident is continuing.
