LUTHERSBURG, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating an incident of sexual assault in Luthersburg, Clearfield County.
Police say they investigated a sexual assault incident which occurred in early November, 2014 at approx. 12:00 p.m. in a wooded area near Luthersburg, Pa.
A known DuBois man went hunting with another known DuBois man and while traveling in the suspect’s vehicle, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim after providing him with several alcoholic beverages.
This investigation continues.
