BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 8:20 p.m. on March 1, a drug possession incident occurred on Allegheny Blvd., in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, they were called to investigate two perpetrators in a vehicle allegedly under the influence of drugs.
During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that the juvenile was under the influence and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The juvenile is being charged with under the influence of drugs; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
