BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Indecent Exposure occurred on Cecil Hurd Highway, in Bell Township, Clearfield County, Pa.
According to police, sometime between 2:45 p.m. on August 1 and 3:30 p.m. on September 13, a male exposed himself on Cecil Hurd Highway.
Police say the victim is a female.
The investigation continues.
The name of the perpetrator was not released.
