FALLS CREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police investigated an incident that occurred on April 22 around 11:06 a.m. in Falls Creek Borough, Jefferson County.
According to police, Clearfield County Domestic Relations was attempting to serve a bench warrant at a residence in Falls Creek Borough for Drew Allen Dunworth, 40, of DuBois.
Dunworth allegedly fled from the residence via a second story window and was later found in a nearby field just south of Falls Creek, police say.
Dunworth allegedly attempted to flee again when confronted, but was apprehended according to police.
He was charged with Disorderly Conduct in District Court 54-3-02.
