BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 11:00 p.m. on June 1, an assault occurred on Western Avenue, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, 50-year-old Brian L. Jones, of Brookville, allegedly started a physical fight with two known persons along Western Avenue.
One victim was injured and received medical treatment and released.
Jones has been charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, recklessly endangering another person, and other related offenses.
Jones was arraigned in front of Magistrate Bazylak and released on bail.
