JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police have filed charges against seven people in connection with the manufacturing and delivery of drugs in Jefferson County.
As a result of a drug-related investigation that began in 2013, undercover PA State Troopers and State Attorney General Agents were able to acquire seven arrest warrants for individuals from Punxsutawney and surrounding areas.
The focus of the investigation was the illegal manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine and the delivery of prescription medication.
The following is a list of names and offenses of those charged in the investigation:
Glenn William Mumau, 48, Rossiter, PA
– Corrupt Organizations (2 Counts)
– Criminal Conspiracy/ Possession with Intent to Deliver and/or Delivery of Methamphetamine (2 Counts)
– Possession with Intent to Deliver and/or Delivery of Methamphetamine
– Operation of Methamphetamine Lab
– Possession of Precursor Materials
Joseph Donald Snyder, 52, Rossiter, PA
– Corrupt Organizations (2 Counts)
– Dealing In Unlawful Proceeds
– Criminal Conspiracy/ Possession with Intent to Deliver and/or Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substances (2 Counts)
– Criminal Conspiracy/ Possession with Intent to Deliver and/or Delivery of Methamphetamine (2 Counts)
– Possession with Intent to Deliver and/or Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substances
Gerald W. Duffell, 65, Punxsutawney, PA
– Criminal Conspiracy/ Possession with Intent to Deliver and/or Delivery of Schedule I Controlled Substances (2 Counts)
Andrew David Sikora, 59, Ebensburg, PA
